games will be starting the weekend of Sept. 17th so you'll probably find out sometime that week. for those of us that have make-up games on the 12th: yes, it's an immediate turn-around but we're trying to get the season finished up before Christmas.

I heard they will start going out next week.......apparently there will be a couple of different options for pickup or the usual mailing if you choose.

Last year, we attended a Thrashers game. I thought this one group of fans was going to need an Angioplasty. They were screaming, opening up Fortune Cookies, reading the fortunes loudly, then screaming some more. I have never seen anything quite like it.

Why I moved the nest...

Some are likely wondering why I decided to move the Nasty Nest website to the Ning platform. The main one was financial - I was paying far too much in hosting fees, and wasn't getting enough donations nor ad revenues to keep me out of the red.

Secondly, I wanted to add some functionality to make it more of a Social Networking site, and that was proving problematic as I'm not exactly a programmer. So I started looking for ways to do that without killing me, and that's how I found Ning.
